Hi, I’m Viky Tiagué, founder of Dog Park Hero.

I was born and raised in Yaoundé, Cameroon, where I worked as an electrician. In 2019, I moved to Canada to start a new chapter of my life. I lived in Montreal for a while, and now I’m based in Mississauga, Ontario. I’m working hard to improve my English and build a future with the dream of one day moving to the United States.

I’m someone who finds joy in the little things: grinding my coffee beans in the morning, going for a run, reading a good book, hitting the dance floor, or listening to my favorite show on Spotify. I believe that anything is possible when you stay true to yourself and give your best.

How Dog Park Hero Was Born

Even though I’m not a dog owner myself, I’ve spent the last few years working in the dog world through my business, Scoop Rangers, a dog waste removal company here in Mississauga. That work opened my eyes to the everyday challenges dog owners face, especially when it comes to finding clean, safe places for their dogs to play.

Back in Cameroon, dogs were mostly used for protection. But here in Canada, I discovered a different story: dogs are part of the family. They go on walks, play in parks, and connect people to each other. I found that world fascinating, and I wanted to be part of it.

That’s how Dog Park Hero started, with a simple idea:
Make it easier for dog owners to find good parks without wasting time.
