Mak Pack runs an indoor dog park at 3050 S Gilbert Rd in Chandler, Arizona, alongside dog training, daycare and overnight boarding.
The indoor park covers more than 10,000 square feet and is fully air conditioned. It was the first indoor dog park in Arizona.
In the Phoenix area that is the whole proposition. Ground temperatures through a Sonoran summer make outdoor off-leash time genuinely unsafe for much of the day, and this is the alternative.
The park is staffed, both for cleaning and for watching how the dogs are getting along.

Rules and Access at Mak Pack Indoor Dog Park
You need an active account and proof of vaccinations before entry, and temperatures are checked at the door.
Entry is by day pass, which allows you to come and go through the day, or by membership. The standard membership covers off peak weekday hours between 9AM and 5PM, while the higher tier covers all opening hours including evenings and weekends. Both include a weekly dog wash.
A meet and greet is not required for the indoor park, unlike the daycare side, so a first visit can be arranged quickly.
Staff reserve the right to remove a dog from the park on behaviour, which is the trade off for a supervised indoor space.
Note that the Ahwatukee site does not have an indoor park. This is the Chandler location.
Rates change, so confirm the current day pass and membership prices with Mak Pack before travelling.
