What to Expect at Ward Dog Park
John Ferguson lists what is provided: "Complete fence, double gates, water spigot for watering, trash can and dog wast bags all provided. Park is plenty large for dogs to run around. Shaded sitting area would be nice."
Katheryn Robinson places it for you: "It is right behind the police station. Has access to fresh water for the dogs. Small but kept clean. Not much shade. No sidewalk to the gate entrance but not a far a walk."
Staci found it solved a specific problem: "I live in an apartment with no fenced yard and I have a very energetic medium sized dog."
Two limitations recur. Eric Brown warns about the gates, saying "my pups could have easily opened them," so check the latch behind you. Michelle Rodgers would like more to do, noting "It would really improve the experience if there were more than just one ramp and a few benches."
