Overview
The Twentynine Palms Dog Park is run by the City of Twentynine Palms and is located at Knott's Sky Park, 6897 El Sol Avenue, about three blocks south of Twentynine Palms Highway.
There are two areas divided by size. The large dog area is for dogs of 30lb or more and the small dog area for dogs of 30lb or less.
The park is open dawn to dusk.
This is high desert at the edge of Joshua Tree National Park, so conditions are dry, bright and hot for much of the year.

Rules and Access at the Twentynine Palms Dog Park
Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated and spayed or neutered. Owners may bring up to three dogs.
Dogs under four months old are not permitted, and dogs over 30lb may not use the small dog area.
Gates must be kept closed at all times.
Smoking materials, alcohol, food and glass containers are all prohibited, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The city notes that owners are legally responsible for their dogs at all times, that aggressive dogs will be removed, and that the park may close without notice for maintenance, weather or special events.
