What to Expect at Standish Dog Park

Brian Polley captures the scale and the variety: "HUGE dog park! Easy to get to, lots of parking and a great area for your dogs to run free! There are trees, gravel, sand, all different terrains. Clean up bags are available, picnic tables, benches, and shelters for the dog parent[s]."

Peter Blunsden confirms the newer additions: "Good sized with open space, a hill and trees. Well maintained with lighting and a new covered area with seating. Highly recommended."

Kindred Wind is precise about the ground: "Nice park. Good size with a small wooded section to the top of the hillside. Main area is nicely grassed except in the super high trafficked area in front of the gate. Very friendly people and dogs."

Alicia Mackin points to the water supply, saying it is "Very well kept and plenty of water for the pups." Bo Muldowney makes it a weekly routine with two dogs.
