Its position on the Hudson palisades gives it something no other park in this directory has: an open view across the river to the Manhattan skyline.

This is one of the densest municipalities in the United States, so the park serves a very large number of people in a small area. Expect it to be busy, particularly in the evenings.
Shade trees are the practical advantage here, given how exposed the boulevard is.
The clifftop position means wind off the Hudson is a constant, which is welcome in August and biting in January.
