Wallace Dog Park is the fenced off-leash area inside Wallace Park at NW 25th Avenue and Raleigh Street in Portland, Oregon, in the Northwest District.
The off-leash area was established in 2002 and has separate sections with grass underfoot and agility equipment.
Entry is through a double gate, there is shaded seating and a water fountain nearby.
Wallace Park covers 5.38 acres in total and adds soccer and softball fields, a basketball court, paved paths, picnic areas with accessible tables, a playground and restrooms.

This is an inner city park in a dense neighbourhood, so it is busy. Weekday mornings are the calm window, and weekend afternoons the opposite.
Portland Parks and Recreation applies specific rules to off-leash areas, including that dogs must be leashed everywhere else in the park. Worth checking the posted signage on arrival.
Portland rain means grass takes a beating from November through April, and the ground stays soft.
