Meadows Dog Park is at the corner of Skiles and Greenwood in the Wilson Historic District of East Dallas, Texas, and is run by The Meadows Foundation rather than the city.
It is a fenced grassy run of roughly a city block, with mature trees for shade and benches around the edge.
Opening is 6AM to 8PM every day, though the foundation closes the park periodically for maintenance and after heavy weather.
No water supply is recorded on site, so bring your own for the dog.

Rules and Access at Meadows Dog Park
Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted, owners must clear up after their dogs, and aggressive dogs are not allowed.
The track area between Liberty and Oak is closed to dogs, which is easy to miss because it looks like part of the same green space.
The foundation asks visitors to respect posted closures and to leave if security requests it.
Because closures are announced on the foundation's Facebook page rather than at the gate, it is worth checking before driving over.
