The park's development reflected a commitment to providing inclusive amenities that cater to dogs of all sizes, resulting in the creation of separate Large and Small Dog Areas across its 6-acre footprint.

Since its opening, the facility has become an integral component of Sugar Land's pet-friendly infrastructure, serving the suburban community's canine recreation needs and contributing to the area's reputation as a dog-friendly municipality.

Dog Park Rules in Pawm Springs Dog Park

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please adhere to the following rules when visiting the dog park:

• Each person may bring a maximum of two dogs at a time.
• All dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park.
• Children under the age of 12 aren't permitted inside the dog park.
• Food, smoking, and bicycles are prohibited within the park.
• Please clean up after your dog immediately.

You are responsible for your dog's behavior and waste at all times. Don't leave your dogs unattended, even for a short period.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire visit. For safety reasons, keep your dogs leashed upon arrival and departure.

Only dogs are allowed in the park, so please leave any other pets at home. Refrain from bringing food or beverages that could provoke excitement or aggressive behavior among the dogs.

Please note that the park is closed every Monday for maintenance, so plan your visits accordingly. Additionally, the park will be closed from November 11th to November 25th for comprehensive maintenance including tree trimming, trail improvements, irrigation repairs, rye grass seeding, and pond cleanout, with reopening scheduled for Tuesday, November 26th.
