What to Expect at Trailside Dog Park

bryan burton describes the setting well: "Great dog park, has grass and sloped with big and small dog sections. Next to a great kids park and a very popular bike area with some wild looking obstacles all on a hill side."

Kyle Rollins explains how the space works together: "you can do some hillside trail walks with your dog just behind the dog park or have your dog off leash in the dog park that is a little past the bathroom from the parking lot."

The thorns are the practical warning. Rachel Brower reports that "The grass has lots of thorns all over, on the top side. Our dog stopped several times bc she had a thorn stuck in her paw pads," and adds that the top gate does not shut properly.

Check paws on the way out, and make sure the upper gate is latched behind you.
