Marian Liu gives the most complete description, including the access rule: "Beautiful expanse of grass with slight hills. Partially ringed by trees for shade, a few benches and picnic table. Double gated entry, no small dog area. FYI signage specifies for Willowsford residents/pet[s]."
Tim Busekrus is emphatic: "Hands down the BEST dog park I have ever been to. Hard to believe this big and beautiful of a space is reserved just for dogs. The land was so well taken care of and it did not seem dirty at all."
